Loboloop respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you visit the Loboloop website, contact us, or apply for early access.
This policy currently applies to the public Loboloop website and early-access program. Additional privacy terms may apply when the Loboloop software platform becomes commercially available.
Information we collect
When you apply for early access, Loboloop collects your name, email address, and phone number. You may also choose to provide your company name and information about an operational problem or business need.

Consent and communications
When you submit information through a website form, Loboloop may use that information for the purpose explained beside the form and for reasonably related communication.
Submitting an early-access application allows Loboloop to use the information provided to review the application and contact the applicant about the early-access program, product research, onboarding, or related discussions. It does not automatically subscribe the applicant to unrelated promotional marketing.
Consent for optional communications may be withdrawn by contacting Loboloop, subject to reasonable legal and operational requirements.
Service providers
Loboloop may use trusted service providers to operate the website, process submitted forms, deliver email, host technical infrastructure, prevent abuse, and provide related technical services.
Loboloop uses Formspree as a third-party form-processing provider for the early-access application. When you submit the form, Formspree receives and processes the information you provide so that the submission can be validated, protected against spam, delivered to Loboloop, and made available to authorized Loboloop personnel.
Formspree may send email notifications containing submitted information and may retain submissions in its dashboard according to Loboloop’s account configuration and Formspree’s applicable service terms.
Formspree is governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Loboloop remains responsible for selecting and managing service providers that process personal information on its behalf.
Service providers may process only the information reasonably necessary to perform the services provided to Loboloop and may also be subject to their own legal and privacy obligations.
International processing
Formspree and other service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information processed outside Alberta or Canada may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
Cookies, analytics, and storage
The Loboloop website does not currently use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. This policy may be updated if those practices change.
Retention
Loboloop retains early-access application information only for as long as reasonably necessary to review applications, communicate with applicants, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably required, Loboloop may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it as appropriate.
Security
Loboloop uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
Loboloop also selects service providers intended to support the secure and reliable operation of the website.
